We are an Australian owned and managed business based in Sydney, Australia (registered Australian business number 20 721 686 560).

We have had an active involvement in Australian art for over 20 years .

Authenticity

The art available on AAAArt has been purchased from the secondary market, directly from art galleries, art dealers and aboriginal art centres. As such, we provide the third party's issued Certificate of Authenticity for each work.

Buying From Us

The availability and price of any particular work on this website is subject to e-mail confirmation.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include goods and services tax for sales within Australia.

We use Direct bank deposit and PayPal® to process payments.

All sizes provided for each are approximate and indicative of the painted surface of each work.

All works on this website are photographed. There may be slight colour variations due to the use of photographic images.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is by registered post and the work is insured to the value of its purchase price. For international shipping, we use international couriers such as FedEx ®. All work is packed and shipped to you unstretched, that is, without a frame.
Customs

For international customers, please be aware that customs charges may be levied once your shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns and Refunds

Please note that we will only provide refunds where the artwork received is not as described on our website or arrives damaged. We cannot provide refunds for paintings that you decide you do not like after they have been delivered but were accurately described and presented on our website.

Please also note that although we do our best to provide high quality images on our website sometimes the colours may vary depending on your computer screen. If you have any questions about any of the artwork on this site, please email us prior to making your purchase.

Notification of any intent to return an item must be received within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be received in original condition and shipping and insurance is at the expense of the purchaser.
